Book a 20-min call01How long does a project take?
It depends on the size: a company website is quicker than an online store or a custom system. After the first call you get a clear timeline with milestones, so you always know what lands when.
02How is the price set?
Once we understand what you need, we send a written quote that lists exactly what is included — so there are no surprises halfway through.
03Who will I be working with?
Directly with the team designing and building your product. No account managers, and a review with you every week.
04Can it be in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design the Arabic version from the start — right-to-left, its own type and spacing — not as a translation added at the end.
05Will I be able to update the content myself?
If you need to, yes — we can build you a simple dashboard to edit products, pages or prices without touching code.
06What about hosting and the domain?
We can set them up and launch the site for you, and we will tell you up front what they cost and whose name they are in.
07What happens after launch?
We measure how the site performs and keep improving it. If you want ongoing edits or maintenance, we agree on it together.
